The location offered immediate access to the subway. The staff were professional and addressed all requests promptly. I easily obtained extra coffee pods when needed. The room included a convenient fridge and microwave.

complicated process unclean room
The location was acceptable as it offered easy access to nearby attractions.
The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. I was required to complete a special authorization form, despite providing my credit card and sufficient cash. This entire process caused my family to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour.. The room was also not properly cleaned before our arrival.

The staff was consistently helpful. I got assistance with directions and local recommendations. My "Double Room Two Double Beds" was clean and well-kept. The location was convenient. It allowed easy access to public transportation and many attractions.
The street noise was noticeable at times. It occasionally disrupted sleep.

amazing midtown experience!

central location subway access festive decorations bathroom products
i was blown away by how central this place is! it's super close to macy's and right by the subway, i could get anywhere easily. the hotel's thanksgiving decorations were gorgeous and festive! i really appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in my room and the bathroom was stocked with great stuff too!
the stay was amazing though the carpet really needed cleaning in some spots.

the location is flawless a subway station is very close. shops and restaurants surround the hotel for convenience. the staff is friendly and assisted with luggage storage before check-in.
the pillows were uncomfortable sleeping was difficult. space felt small considering the price. the coffee in the room was not good.

Check-in was easy. The room was clean and large enough. I found the location to be great, near the subway station.
The room had no chair, just a small stool. There was no channel guide on the tv. I thought breakfast was unappetizing, with no variance.
